Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and lower on Select on light to moderate 
demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts 
steady to weak. Beef trimmings mostly slightly to moderately lower on light demand 
and light to moderate offerings.
